I have a toned body with decent muscle mass, I will no longer

Keep listening to a healthy diet that proteins such as chicken or eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner
I lift weights 3-4 times per week and 3 cardio sessions.

Can I transfer my current muscle mass without protein shakes? Or I lose my hard-earned muscles once in my protein drinks?
