Cover letter??? - cover letter for clothing store

I am applying for a job in a clothing store. In the 18 years old and works as a receptionist at the time, and have been for the last year. Before that I was an assistant hairdresser, and before that an operator at a supermarket cash.
I have found in many stores and asked for an application, and they all told me to mail / e-mail on my CV.
To do this, what can I say in the letter?
