Lower back acne or HIV skin lesions? - skin lesions more condition_symptoms

I have many red spots, acne on my back, some with their heads, and little white on them and my whole lower back area on the buttocks. I wonder if someone could tell me if they think it might just be acne or a skin lesion on HIV? Please let me know if you know nothing. Thank you.
