Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code? - internal revenue
I live in a house that works under the Affordable Housing Program pursuant to § 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. I am in South Carolina. According to reports of violations of the agency that did nothing.
How do I report this new development athority? (Do not tell me the police.)

You can use the city planning and zoning office. They are the surveillance mission "plague".
Then, the County Health Department.
Then the State Department of Real Estate.
Then, the attorney general, if you think the owner has violated the law. AG as your lawyer if you have been treated unfairly.
