My husband and I recently bought a house in South Carolina. The bank had not yet received a confirmation form back to our car in front landloard Florida. But we still went ahead and approved for the loan. The closure was 25 April and have been out of the house. Just over a week before the bank will require an e-mail from us are moving behind the owner. I tried to contact her, but she has not returned any of my calls. Erste Bank told us that if we will not support the lending process in the effort for the approval of us. Now they say that if we do not recover as quickly as possible, we expose our loans. Can she do that? If the document is so important, why not simply move our date of closure until they have it? "Any help is very appreicated!

Communicate with your landlord before you and tell you that your loan is retired, if you have not received the document.
