Hello everyone,
There was intense harassment of the residents and happening for almost a year, despite a visit from the police again ... recommended for the treatment history of hostility, aggressive neighbor who keeps screaming through the wall during the day .... would be 30 to € - 40 handheld camcorder work?
Am I able to come collect the screams of my .. Level of the wall?

If it be so bad if all you can record the sound, you should be OK, try his cell phone and video from your Clock / clock for the time, even with a micro-computer that you do not need to invest in a camera . unless you want to.
